    Pretty cool bit of odd and rare vintage stuff there.

    There used to be one in Southern Alberta that was on the back of a '55 or so Buick hardtop. It looked very well cared for, but I too wondered how that sucker would handle going down the highway. Particularly in the 60 plus mile per hour winds they are famous for in that part of the country.

    Exactly. I once drove a VW camper over the Humber Bridge (here in the UK) in high winds. I've never been so terrified in my life since.
