Well, we've been so impressed that my Father-in-law has decided he might as well get to work on his Bronco Half-Cab project. It's been sitting disassembled for as long as I've worked here. I started digging it out Yesterday. Just gonna take it down to these guys and let em have at it. Now we are just waiting on the Bumpers. I ordered a set from a feller in SOCAL was hoping they'd be here by now. We don't get our freight til noon, so it's always a wait and see deal.
You sure have lucked out with this whole deal. I'll bet your FIL is shaking his head thinking he should have kept that little toy to zip around in. So, now that the kid has it, he's gotta do the Bronc. Good motivation all around, and it sounds as though these guys have "earned" his business.
Que precioso! You've probably got all the jewelry on by now. 6 months before Christmas! Santa really likes you.
Thanks Tedy. I was trying to get Juan's son in the photo as well since he's been such a big part of it too, but he didn't want to, so I let his dad take all the glory. I got the "new" seats bolted in this afternoon. Wanted to make sure everything lined up before the carpet went in. I took it for a little spin around the block, just to make sure everything was in the right position.
Had to take the new intake and Carb outta the box. Couldn't resist. Stuck the new air cleaner on it for funzies. Was hoping to get to installing it this afternoon, but ran outta time. We want it running when we take it in for upholstery on Minday.
Yep, purty much. Took the Wagon for a cruise over to my buddies house this afternoon. He's in the process of tearing down the 428 outta his Mustang. I was laughing at how huge the intake is for his motor compared to the intake for the 260.
