No, no, no... Check out how this guy turboed his slant six! The simplicity of it has changed me from the I4 to doing my little six. Now, I'll have time to hunt a complete Mustang/Fox Turbo with a stick, and prove out a turbo on this engine! It's one of the things that nagged me. My engine was dealer-rebuilt about 4,000 miles ago, and that would be a waste of $4,000, by the previous donor car owner. I only paid $350 for the whole car, but I'd never get that value back. The Turbo/FI upgrade would be a lot less than transplanting a rebuilt Turbo I4, and give me more torque at the bottom end and better MPG and HP.

EDIT: The Link, Normie, the freakin' link!

    jeff,
    ill never forget.....
i was on my way to work at ford of pompano one morning and i was sitting at the intersection of Federal and Sample Rd, preparing to turn southbound across from me was a mid 80's towncar. at first i thought nothing of it.
then i saw that there was no one in the car, ..so... knowing they would get the green first, i kept an eye on the TC expecting someone to run up and jump in as the light changed.... no such luck. BUT! when the light changed the TC proceeded to go!!! as it passed in front of my car all i saw was a puff of white hair peeking above the windowframe. and two wrinkly knuckles holding on to the wheel like a set of "ape hanger" handle bars!! the old lady was driving by looking between the ring of the wheel and the dash!
