I was driving alongside one yesterday. I know they call it a "crossover" but we know better.
If you squint a little it could be an International Carryall.
This one is starting to grow on me.

The fact that you can get a 355 horsepower Ecoboost twin turbo V6 in that thing is purty awesome. That made me like it even more.

About a month ago, I posted a picture of a Flex with aftermarket wood grain on it. I thought it looked pretty cool, but apparently I was the only one!! Nobody else seemed to like it all.

I kinda like the looks, it does grow on ya (for me any way) but if it was REAR WHEEL DRIVE then I "maybe" could be intersted in $$ down and monthly payments....maybe...but then again it's very new so we still don't know what "bugs" there are in the new POS teknoligedyedy that is supossed to make things better:rednose:

I hear ya, wrong wheel drive just doesn't cut it in my book. The base model is wrong wheel drive.
The Twin Turbo Ecoboost car comes in All wheel drive though.
That's purty dern good in my opinion.

I have a buddy who is looking at this one and I'm nudging him to pull the trigger and do it. Then I'll be able to find out directly how good it is. He intends to pull a small lightweight trailer from time to time so that will be an even better way to evaluate it.

I do like them and the IHC Carry-all or was it Travel-all does come to mind now that it has been mentioned. I don't think I'll tell him that though until he buys it.

My Father in Law and I test drove a new Taurus SHO with the 365 horsepower version of the Twin Turbo Ecoboost. It was all wheel drive. It didn't pull like his 08 GT500 (throw you back in the seat with raw power). Instead it was a more balanced, almost more in control acceleration. Was still a screamer. I was amazed at how easy the big car moved, it didn't feel "Heavy". I think Ford's got a winner with that power plant.

every time I see one....I think...
    .."yano...hammered about 3" off the ground...that'd be cool":D

but the truth is....even if I won the Lottery...
....I still wouldnt buy a new car !!

the only new ones that even tempt me are the late 90's Volvo and Subaru wagons with all the cool stuff:D
