Ive never made any bones about my adoration for this place... ..I used to be on about 6 Forums...form Hotrod stuff to boats... ...I MOD on one so i feel obligated to it... but here...with you shmoes is the only other place I go to now for about 2 years !! Theres just not enuff time in a day...and I like it here !! all the others can lick my left............ i brag about us !!
Yeah, Rev....I brag about us too. I think it helps bring the curious to our forum family, too. I have tried and tried to find forums with good engine techs and car builders but,.... man!.....most every one of them are full of bashers, flamers, foul mouths (I should talk) and general jealousy. I just go in and out. I ask my question and check back periodically to see if I have any answers. There is no "car" forum online that I know of that has the common thread that cements the group without the usual jealousy or rebukes. We love ALL wagons and are happy for anyone that gets the one he wants and are happy when someone saves a wagon of any kind. ANY kind. I really think, and I say this once again, that wagon lovers are a rare breed that not only love the wagons but love the times from which they came. Back when people were honest and hard working and actually helped one another. People started their own business and worked feverishly to please their customers. It was a time of trust and reciprocity. I miss those times greatly. But, I can come here to the wagon family forum and go back to those times. I'm happy I found this family and thank Stef for giving us our home away from home. I have been to every car forum I could find and none compare to this close knit group. Wagon lovers are good people that remember the good times. We are one in that place that matters.
