Just got off the phone with my brother, he now remembers that my Dad's wagon was a 1968 Buick LeSabre Wagon.
We don't have any photographs, but if anyone can find one online, feel free to post.
It was a very plain wagon, all brown, no wood, with no special trim or anything.
