$3800 with 6 1/2 days left. A very nice example, but still plenty of nice examples still out there, so I'm throwing a guess this bid likely will only double. I estimate it's worth at $7500-$9000.

Up to $4K as of now. Maybe it will double, maybe it won't.

We’ll just beat you to the punch Bill. Just picked up a ‘90 with 29,000 miles on it for about where this car is bid to currently. They’re still out there, but are harder to find no doubt. 274619E5-5B6A-4C36-9BE9-8F41F8E988BF.jpeg

Nice ride Bill - I know where that location is in the SE Heights! I honestly would have a hard time choosing between yours and the dark blue one here. Man, they are both lookers. What color is your interior? I think Porno red would look good with that combo.

Ford used to have a tu-tone scheme in red, blue and green on Panther and other sedans, looked really good. I had an '81 Fairmont, Dark Cordovan/Medium Red, with a velour Porno Red interior. I had a Master Chief when I was in the Navy, who had the blue one, and I've seen a couple of the green ones over the years.

I think I've seen those two tones your talking about. IIRC, we had someone in our neighborhood had a Fairmont with the blue scheme and it did look pretty good. I think you could get those on the Fox Granada's too.

The red would have been nice, and I see that combo, but mine is grey cloth. LX trim level. Really like it. I am on the hunt for body side moldings but only if they come along. Not mandatory.

With 23 watchers I think it will go north from here most definitely. I would think $7-8 is not out of range. These cars are becoming desirable. Sadly even in the Donk-a-Donk crowd. Guess they’ve run through the budget Caprices.

These cars and the '77-90 GM B-bodies are about the perfect size car for daily driving and hauling people in without going to a wagon or SUV. I am bummed they no longer make them and are glad that they are still out there commanding some respect.
