Sunday services, then a fried chicken lunch with fried okra and sweet tea off the tailgate.

So, I did the PIP and SPOUT diagnosis today; with the dizzy and module, no PIP, no SPOUT. I swapped in a known good TFI module, SPOUT appeared, so I had spark, but still no PIP. I pulled the dizzy so I could access the three dizzy pickup terminals, and did an ohms test; the pickup didn't pass. So my wagon is down until at least Friday (guv'mint payday) and hope I can afford a dizzy, as I have no access to a hydraulic press to swap out the pickup.*sigh*

the only upgrade or option on my car was the full width front seat. The heater was a $13.00 dollar add on somewhere along the line as I found the upcharge ticket under the rubber flooring A2F8916E-427A-4EBA-98DD-F3B9D621AC31.jpeg

I got my dizzy for Roger, after Amazon sent the wrong one last weekend (it was for a V6...). It's already hot this afternoon, and I ache from yesterday's junkyard sojourn, so I'm gonna rest today, drop the dizzy in first thing tomorrow morning.
