Wow. To have had the entire front end ripped away like that, it had to have been hit by a car at very high speed, or a loaded truck. Makes you wonder if the cop simply pulled out, thinking no one was coming, which indicates the high-speed car.
The Chevy in the middle is “university police”. I see a ‘72 Galaxie in the background of that parking lot. That car’s probably an older recycled police car.
I can't exactly make out what it says, admittedly, but by the shade of blue, and the lack of letters, it appears to say "Security Police," rather than "University Police." But, I could be wrong. I just think it's military rather than civilian.
