Long long ago when I had a job and worked for a living there was a guy with a pond on his farm. In his pond rumors were that the local Ford dealer back around WWII scrapped lots of perfectly good used Model T's and other cars in the pond. The pond was a clear water spring fed small lake. I was told that cars underwater in Illinois did not deteriorate and I could have anything I took out of the pond.
I had a brainy idea I'd learn to scuba dive, buy gear, and salvage some old Model T's. I bought a complete Model T from another guy instead.
I wonder if those old cars are still waiting under water to be rescued?
Maybe I'll call American Pickers and see what Frank and Mike will offer!

On another topic, I used to take my family camping in the dunes along Lake Michigan. I coulda discovered that lost Civil War gold they are looking for now on the History channel. The old locomotive that was stolen was on the abandoned RR track near Cedar Key, Fl where we lived close by. I coulda had my own locomotive to recover my own box car full of gold.
Of course, I'd still need scuba equipment and a scuba diving license. But imagine all of the yard art I'd have!

Do you think your wife would take kindly to you moving her vacation rock collection out of the way, so that you could start your yard Model T museum?

I moved some rocks and lots of Model T parts plus one Model T to Florida for a permanent vacation......... which wasn't permanent after 22 years. During that time I did convert a perfectly good piece of Florida sand into random signs, car parts, and other junk to make our new friends smile and wonder WTF?

How do you keep those naked bicyclists away from your property and loved ones, Sir? Or do you even bother?

That was our teenaged son on his new bike. The real nudists snuck in from the woods out back. This photo was before the grass grew and before all of my turn arrow and other signs.

It looks like he went bald at an early age. Or is that a recent photo

I just saw that the other day on another forum. It's sad to see. But I bet when it was done this was just considered a worn out used truck.

You two are probably members of the same other forum and don't even know it yet

Funny thing to write on a car that couldn’t be saved

Yeah, but is that Our Lord and Personal Savior, or someone who emigrated from Mexico to here?
