Anything above beer ans wine is only sold in state run stores in New Hampshire. This is a rest area on I-93
There’s something really funny about a place that welcomes you to the state and sells you cheap booze and wine, but it’s 6:51 a.m. here. I’m sure I’ll figure it out about noon.
Our state used to sell the hard stuff in state-run stores, until Costco wanted to sell their stuff in-store, so they paid for an initiative to get the state out of selling spirits. Now, you can get Kirkland brand spirits....
This reminds me of Sweden where they have these nice clean government-run outlets for selling anything that has more than 2.5% alcohol. Anything under that can be obtained in private supermarkets
It's been snowing here all day. Today is my wife's birthday. She says she can't ever remember it snowing on her birthday. The Average temperature for our area this time of year is somewhere in the mid 50's to low 60's. Definitely a crazy year for weather so far.
