He's holding up that comic book as though he's been personally drawn in. Weird kid

 

Looks like a happy young man showing a new prized possession, likely a gift or perhaps his first purchase with money earned from mowing lawns or something along those lines. Why does that make him weird?

 

Because it's a comic book. At that age, we were already holding up harder stuff

All these cars and there's only one truck in sight, the truck likely being for maintenance or lawn care.

 

It's funny how times change. Looks like the truck is a 58 F-100

Rarest car, in this photo, is the black 56 Imperial limo. 169 built.

 

There 's some pretty interesting history behind it. I doubt that a modern limousine costing that much, at contemporary exchange rates, would be parked in public like that one was

I'd say chances are quite good it's the same vehicle. CAN'T have been all that may made........

Anyone recognize that location? California license plates, it appears, and some kind of Union Oil '76' storage tanks. On my end, it COULD be down by San Pedro, near the L.A. harbor, but that's just a far-out guess. I see nothing in the photo that I definitely recognize.
