    Wow, they threw ALL the options on that '67 Caprice, didn't they. Even front lamp monitors! Notice the car behind has a sign too, UAW had a little fun that day, didn't they?

    That foto showing the red 69 Firebird body being lowered on the frame..........is that a full size Chevy on line ahead of it??

    By the lines on the body's flank, I'd say yes.

    It is a Caprice. That shouldn't be surprising, because Firebirds and Camaros were essentially the same cars. What frame? Aren't these unibodies? The drivetrains and axles were just jigged into place. That particular Firebird is obviously not assembled in Canada

    The Firebird/Caprice looks to have been taken at the Van Nuys, CA assembly plant where many different GM cars were assembled by GMAD.
