Did anyone notice the extra dolly wheels they had to attach onto the front of the 'Long, Long Trailer'....? Look close...
I wonder how many occurances of sudden weight shifts caused by inexperienced owners had to happen, before they added on the fifth wheel
Oh, okay. At the moment when that photo was taken, the trailer happened to be driving by a parked vehicle which makes it look like its front wheel's attached to the very back of the trailer, if one isn't looking closely
If you had something heavy enough, in that trailer, and the load shuddenly shifted, because of quick acceleration, there actually would be enough leverage there to get that towing vehicle's rear end airborn which could have disastrous results, if the driver attempted a sudden stop. One of the scariest videos I ever watched was of that one military transport plane in Afghanistan. It was a converted-over jumbo of some type. I think, a 747. The Goofball who loaded it, failed to secure the load which slid to the tail, on ascention. No matter how much pedal to the metal the pilot was able to administer, the plane just couldn't stay airborn. It must have been extremely frightening, for the crew
I made that mistake some time ago for the same pic, in another post somewhere. ALMOST did it again here, then caught myself........
Yeah, it was a contractor 747, and the idiot most likely plum forgot he had that task. Three deaths for one ginormous omission.
Now I know what your handle means. If you would have aliased yourself Roadblimphobo instead, I would have caught on much sooner
