If they really wanted to get bogue, they'd Hydramatic the knob, so that when you think you're giving Nickelback the full blast, your tires suddenly will change their direction of rotation. Better yet, have the park mode at the far right, instead

I've noticed in the car ads, many cars seem to have a round knob to change gears. There will be more cars inside shops after someone shifts into country music rather than country opre music.

I heard about it yesterday. Too bad. I always enjoyed this character.

 

I'm partial to KIRO's J.P. Patches, the longest running clown on TV (excluding any on a Turner channel), but everyone knew who Bozo was because the show producers knew to syndicate the episodes, thereby making the home station a fat load of extra cash.

 

My favorite Bozos were always the ones which never needed costumes and make-up

 

I'm a little surprised he was born in the 1920s and wasn't older so this took me by surprise; I'd have thought Frank would have died maybe 10-15 years ago. Then again, I was born in 1991 and I didn't grow up on Bozo. R.I.P. to him.
