Wagons in vintage Street scenes

Something about this picture didn't look right. At first I thought it was a 65 with 66 wheel covers. But the body line creases in the rear door and rear quarter is correct for 66, not 65. But the rear wheel opening is the smaller 65 style wheel well. Probabably a 65 that was re-touched poorly into a 66 for a brochure photo.

 

Good catch, Jim. I didn't even realize the rear wheel openings were different on the '65 and the '66. I knew the quarter panel stampings were different - I had just assumed the wheel openings stayed the same.
