    I remember that pic. I was a freshman in high school around 100 or so miles NNW of St. Helens, and heard the twin explosions when she erupted that Sunday morning. I hope the Pinto driver beat feet after snapping that pic.

    I hope he ditched the pinto and fled on that dirt bike! Would have made a good "Mountain Dew" commercial. Or better yet the new novelty drink "mountain ash and lava"
