No, it's definitely Chebby, and an older one, by the intake, valve covers and water pump. Looks really slick, but remember:

"Chrome don't get'cha home." Neither does billet aluminum.

I took my car in for the mandatory E-Check, last one because after 25 years old they aren't required where I live.
It passed by the skin of its teeth.:whew:
Next year I can get hysterical plates and they're good for 50 years. They used to be good for 500 years but the state changed it so they could get more bucks in the nearer future.
The test ladies loved my car, one said I probably get more looks driving it than a blonde in a red car.:rofl2:

I changed the oil about 370 miles ago, then after some miles filled up the tank and put Amsoil's Performance Improver gas additive in for cleaning the fuel injectors in if they needed it. At about 185 on the tank odometer, the car got a lot louder and I was worrying. I pulled over and checked fluids, all were in spec and I thought there's a hole in the exhaust system somewhere on the driver's side exhaust pipe (I have a dual pipe system) before the muffler and maybe in the catalytic converter which looks like it has a hole. Funny thing is I didn't think to put a card in front of both tailpipes to check for lower pressure, and then I had to drive home... For 100+ miles...

Funny thing is that never happened, if anyone else even noticed except my Father then they didn't mention it. I even stopped at yard sales and nobody said a thing about it, it's noticeable but not ridiculously so.

I think everyone's used to the fart pipes now, so an exhaust leak doesn't even make most people look up.

I like old cars and station wagons, but if there was a blonde next to it in a red car I wouldn't look twice at yours!:bananaman:

Unless there was a blonde in your wagon in a low blouse and a mini skirt!

My son has been driving his Blazer with duals for seven months with straight pipes. He gets stopped for all sorts of things because the exhaust attracts attention but never gets a ticket for the noise! I wouldn't ride around the block with him.:slap:

Makes sense, the guys on the other side of the street here have a lot of vroom vroom going on. I looked under the car today and found where it appears to be; after the catalytic converter but before the muffler is where some water droplets were coming out, where two pipes meet and a clamp (if that the right wording?) is.

101 maybe you can tighten or replace the clamp. Sometimes they work loose.

I took a blonde with a low cut blouse and mini shorts to a show in in my red GTO once long ago.
I had guys drooling all over the place, won a trophy that you could use as a coffee table, the blonde hates dusting it.

You just turn up the radio to make exhaust leaks go away.
My brother-in-law, son-in law and nephew are cops,
I don't worry about getting pulled over for exhaust or anything else.
The world, within certain city limits, is my playground. :rofl2:
