Most famous wagons in TV/movies from 60s/70s

OK, everyone, set your time machine to take us back to the golden years: the 60s and 70s.

Carol Brady drove a wagon in The Brady Bunch.
How many other memorable TV shows or movies from that era featured characters who drove wagons?

 

Clark (Chevy Chase) in Vacation (of course)! ......ooops, not the 60's or 70's (stumped)

 

The Ford Woody wagon the groovy "Mod Squad" drove, it was "solid" man. They made a model of it so it had to be something.
There was a cop wagon that appeared every so often on "Adam-12" , not really famous but cool.

 

I do remember the wagon in "Adam-12." It was cool.

 

I just remembered a few more.
Didn't Dr. Huxtable drive an old station wagon?
Didn't Mr. Roarke pick up guests at Fantasy Island in a wagon?
And of course Quincy drove a Matador wagon in Quincy ME.
Still hunting for other examples.....

 

Not the 70s, but close....very early 80s.

Not sure how valid it is, but various sources online blame that single movie on the demise of the wagon.

The '69 Ford Country Sedan airport security wagon that Burt Lancaster drove in the 1970 "Airport" movie got a lot of screen time.
It could be easily cloned with some spotlights and a gumball.
I wonder where it is now??


The Jag the character Harold from the movie "Harold and Maude" customized into a hearse was a cool sort of wagon.

Mad Max (1979) featured this gem driven by Max and his wife.

 

Michael Myers drove a wagon in Halloween (1978).

 

I can't believe I disremembered Matt Helm's 1965 Mercury Colony Park from Dean Martin's 1966, "The Silencers" secret agent movie.
The car was customized by George Barris with a white leather interior with wrap-around lounge in the second seat section, a bed area in the way back, TV, full bar, automatic window blinds, cool spy stuff.
What more could you want?

 

The wagon from Adam-12 was a 67 or 68 Plymouth Belvedere, later they changed it to a 70 or 71 Plymouth Satellite.
A good movie from 1972 "The Getaway" with Steve McQueen, had a nice 68 Country Squire he used in a lot of the movie, albeit not a famous wagon.

 

I'm guessing then this is movie tribute car below, from somewhere here in Victoria. Not quite a wagon, though a longroof nonetheless, down here they are called panel van's (or 'pano' in typical Aussie short slang, or if your daughters boyfriend had one, a sin bin, shaggin wagon etc...) and are basically an enclosed ute (ranchero). Holden (GM) released a version called the Sandman, iconic aussie car, original ones are hard to find and reasonably $$$

Kind of like a 'Sedan Delivery' i think I have seen/heard them called in the US?
