Who says you're bored when you retired. Moved to Big Bear Lake, Calif. Worked on 66 Dodge Dart Wagon.
Painted, rebuilt engine. Then Retired.... Refurbished Log Cabin to modernized. Then had an illness, under containment now. Just thought I'd call back to the group.

I drive a 66Dodge Dart 225cu Slant six. It's winter now....snow Dodge is in the Rino shelter...

Welcome back. Always wanted an old log cabin, but I'm alergic to snow. Glad you are feeling better. Stop and visit us here on the forum now and then.

The new format takes awhile to figutre out. I recently bought a late model car and it has more computers than the Space Center originally had. I'm scared one of those buttons is the seat ejector!:yikes:
So everything is confusing to us retarded...retired... old farts. Still even the magneto in my Model T confused me.

My oldest son is the blame for me having a primitive computer. He brought his old one down from Illinois years ago. All I used it for was to type letters and keep photo albums. Whatever can be done off line.
Then the son who we adopted and was living here got cheap dial-up. My world changed forever. He had to explain what a mouse was and about everything else. Amazingly I sort of figured it out. Still I am shocked when I keep learning new things. Especially how I could type in my old home town and realestate. I ended up buying a house 1000 miles away then the furniture just from pictures. After that I traded my truck for a car. Still haven't moved.
Wife keeps watching me. She's worried now I'm going to order one of those Russian gals or a pretty blonde from Switzerlust.:rofl2:
As you see I only use it for important things.:)

Yes some of us love cabins and old houses. Wfie's relatives have one in Peoria, Illinois at a State park. She came over on the Mayflower then traveled in one of the very first wagons west . I've always liked older women.:bouncy:

Here's the pic of the house and guest house. Big Bear City has different people, low landers in Ca. Are nuts, just drive their freeways.

Welcome back. I do want to see more pictures of the Dart. But I thought you had some other wagons as well. Nice log cabin. Heres a link to one that I've been drooling over. Maybe its the 2400 square foot garage and the elevated model train around the family room, but there is just something about this place that I like. Its close to the Shenandoah River for canoeing and its only about a 40 minute drive from where I am now. Just wish it was priced a bit lower.
