If the drunk didn't happen to kill the wagon, the salt would have. Why would anyone drive an extinct classic in winter, when there're plenty of suitable normal cars for that?

Truthfully that is VERY simple. People in my town absolutely love my rides, The people at the old folks home where my wife works get a big kick out of them. And I would expect the townsfolk can't wait to see what I drive next. That's just the way I am and that's what they expect. I don't like the "NORM" and I am NOT A TRUCK guy. This is as close to cool as I can get and have a useable, Truck like vehicle that can do what I want if needed and that includes towing 12,000 lbs down the highway while the DOT waves and smiles at me.

It's what I wanted, It's different and the only small car I am comfy in is a Vega.(harder to find) Also 99.9% of my friends are demo derby guys/girls and I like to watch them drool like rabid dogs when I pull up!

Going to try but with the temps right now its going to be difficult. Rear window has a 1 inch gap that cannot be closed and I will have to figure out how to keep the water out as much as possible.

They don't make trucks like they used to. Glad you added those. Now I almost feel better about your wagon. And the guy tried to drive off ? :slap:

Plus I like your answer why you were driving it even in winter. As for me, I realize we all can't have ten drivers and a ten car heated garage.

Appears to be a base model Chevy, maybe around an '03. It's a goner, too.

I have my 79 ford wagon but I WILL NOT drive it in this crap. The Buick was always oiled by the guy I got it from and by me. Outside may of looked poopy now but it was really easy redo this spring. Was.

All things considered, your wagon took that hit pretty well compared to the truck.

Thanks to that drunk driver, you can now blend in better with that derby crowd. The girls in that club who took no notice before should now be swarming over you, as if it's your last day ;)

Man that sucks that your cool ride got hit.
Amazingly all the tailgate glass is still complete after seeing the Chevy!
I hope the insurance covers all the repairs, will you go to a garage to see the underside and if the frame is still straight?

Frame should be fine as it's 2 or more feet in front of that bumper. the body is really twisted and smunched especially the box the door drops down into. I have a rack buy havn't lifted it yet. I really don't need to I know it's totaled. But I might today for ****s and giggles
