Will this be your last restoration, or do you intended to do another?

Good question! Being that this was like restoring 2.5 small cars, I am planning on getting back to restoring motorcycles again.

I have enjoyed the wagon project and will likely do another car but I have no plans of any in the near future.

New donor car 1967 Ford LTD. Actually too nice and solid to be called a Donor car. More like help on how to put the wagon back together!

This car is not far from being put back on the road.

I wonder why there was cow hair all over it?

That car is beautiful! There is a daily driven gold one here in town. That thing is definately way too nice to just be a donor car, she's got the potential to be something nice once again!

I have been busy installing the small parts that seem to take forever. We are just waiting for the radiator to come back so we can fire up the engine. I am hoping that will happen sometime Thursday.
Then we are installing new rear wheel cylinders and the complete front suspension.

    WOW!

Make sure you take video of the start-up and run-in. This is what many will want to see and hear.(y)

Im glad you guys like what we are doing. I'm amazed at the huge contrast of comments I get at the shop when customers come in. They either get it and just go on talking about how they remember the wagon they had as kids, or they look at me like what the.... is wrong with you. I just love old cars, enjoy making them new and want to make this perfect for my wife. Its getting there.
Thanks again to the entire forum for the support, its helped keep me motiviated.

    Dr B
