I'm fairly certain this is the old ferry that crossed the Columbia River just north of the Hanford Nuclear reservation at Vernita. If it is, then my Plymouth wagon rode it across the water many times with my dad aboard when he was a kid. There is a bridge there now.

Yup. I missed it at first glance, but it's there for sure!
(And I know some of you are going "Batmobile? - Where?......")

Bob Peck Chevrolet was in Arlington, Virginia. There was a Buick dealership next door. When I was a kid in the late 60's and early 70's, this Chevy dealership and the Buick dealer next door, were two of the dealerships my parents would take me to every fall for the unveiling of the new models. It was always a party-like atmosphere with beautiful women handing out free food and drinks as well as new car brochures. We always parked over on the left hand side where the VW and the Ford and Chevy wagons are seen in this photo. From here we would walk over to the Buick dealer next door and the Jaguar dealership across the street and the Ford dealership nearby.
This building is gone now, but the rounded roofline with the lighted diamonds were such a well known landmark, that the design was incorporated into the new office building that now occupies the space.

Tho were the days when dealerships all looked different, unlike today, where they all look alike, and the cars inside also look alike. Those were the days.....................

I see it too. At first I was looking at the wrong picture, but you are right, it's there. I just saw it sell at B-J last night. Went for 4.2 Mil.
