We had our share of boats while living in central Illinois. After a few years of going up the river---------then down the river, it got boring ! We even tried going down the river, but still had to go back up.
We've always been addicted to restored cars and hotrods. The wagon came when I realized I couldn't haul too many large parts in regular cars. After I hauled a 57 Chevy louvered hood in the back seat of an 80 Malibu I knew I had to do something. The kids didn't appreciate the crowded space they had left to ride home in.
An old station wagon is the best of both worlds. Brought back a lot of junk from Daytona and Webster swap meets. Plus still got to park right down front. Can't do that with a daily driver truck.
You may even find a nice wagon at Webster or Sumpter meets. Or at an Old Town cruise. :bouncy:

Thanks for the welcome....I think?? :rofl2: There seems to be a fair number of Florida folks on here. I think I saw someone from Spring Hill join up. That's right next door to WW. Anyway, thanks.

Kinda makes sense. Old people love old station wagons and retiring to Florida. Even old people from Canada retire to Florida. Ask my neighbor.
They're good neighbors. They still live in Canada.
Hitch up your wagon and head south.
