Thanks Tedy!! It was becoming a serious money hole, it's for the better, we gave it a year. Took a pretty heavy financial hit, but it was her dream and now she is pretty much over it.

 

Duct tape, chewing gum, super glue, paper clip, dish of water, and some black lipstick. All of that equals a new state of the art Satellite Wagon that can also spy on the FBI, the IRS, the morman missionaries, and your neighbors. Their kids are always knocking over the trash cans. Your neighbors' kids are nice and well behaved...

... The black lipstick is for me and is thus irrelevant to this entire senario.

The Shwag will rise anew!

It's tricky doing a chant over the air waves. We're all patient, understand adults who would never kick you when your down or when your interior is uninteriored(?), at least until Cat gets back.
That's rough about your wifes shop, but you never know until you try. Hang in there it'll all work itself out. ​

 

Thanks Fannie!! Yeah she put in her usual elegant way "I'd rather say oh well then I wish"...she's brillant. Getting out of the 3 year lease after 1 year and a month proved to be the trickest part. The landlord was great right to the point where we ran out of money...go figure.

Thanks for the sentement Fox, we will land on our feet, she already feels so much less stress, I can see it being good for her health. The financial loss will take a few years for me to recover, I pulled money from everthing I could think of to keep it going (don't worry never even remotely considered selling the Shwag). In the end we gave it our best shot and I have no regrets for that.

 

Thanks Rev! Yeah I look at it this way, I always used my day off working at the shop, now I can spend that time working on my car.

I went back and read everything that I missed while gone. Danged, I was gonna razz ya about not getting the Shwag interior finished. But I can't kick you when you are down. Well maybe just a little kick in the pants. But all in fun! Glad you and your honey got to get away and relax a bit. Now I'm sure you both feel a little better.
