1977 Cougar wagon...like to use her parts to make a 78 TBird wagon...2 Dr...splice roof to make use of T Bird B pilliar... [/QUOTE] kinda makes me sad
"Very nice. How long have you had it?" I got it in 2000, but didn't get it all disassembled until 2004, then took two years to finish. It's the first time I've rebuilt an engine, and my first time painting a vehicle. Thanks to the internet and some very good friends, I was able to muddle through.
Currently in the Moto household we have a 1988 Isuzu Trooper II XS(in family since new), 2.6L/Auto, a 2001 Ford Mustang GT conv, 4.6/Auto, premium edition with leather seats and Mach audio, and my SpaceTruck, a 2005 Ford F150 XLT supercab, 5.4/Auto/3.55 posi. The Trooper is our baby, I'm thinking about a conversion to a little Perkins diesel possibly when the big Toyo trans finally gives it up. Anyone have any info on conversions like that? Any links, ideas?
well as many know, i have no station wagon, but my only vehicle which isnt even street legal is my 1992 Chrysler Lebaron (non convertible, Coupe) which has an 89 Lebaron 2.5 4cyl, non turbo. here it is the day i got it. Febuary 11th, 2012. heres how she currently looks, August 13th, 2012.
Yes indeed, Isuzu did do diesels with the Trooper prior to the 88 model year and I don't want one, lol! They produced very little power for a vehicle of the Trooper's size and weight.

My 1969 FORD F-100: Like the wagon, this was my Grandfather's. I purchased it from him this spring. I haven't had to do much to it. Just clean it up and enjoy it. http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29246 My Father-in-law's 1963 Falcon Ranchero: This one was a little rough when we started, but is turning out nicely. We really enjoy it. http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8318&highlight=63+Ranchero *There has been some additional work done to this little gem, so I may have to update the above thread. Other than that, my Wife's DD is a 2004 FORD Escape and I drive a 1996 F-350 Powerstroke Crew cab when it's not nice outside. (photo with the Ranchito's "new" motor. The truck is dirty, I hate it when the truck is dirty...)
Well, you've all seen the Way Back Machine, so I'll throw up a pic of the little woman's wheels...... 2012 Ford Edge.... Wish I had a big collection of vehicles....
Krash if you had a big collection of vehicles you'd just have bigger headaches, more work, more maintenence, more expense, and need more places to store them.
I've had to park the Way Back Machine in the driveway the last few weeks while I've been working in the garage. Other than the garage and the driveway (2 car spaces only), I've got no room for anything else. There's enough room on the other side of the house for a small utility trailer, but I have to roll it across the lawn. The side yard to the right of the garage looks like this: I've got to build a long retaining wall to level it out. It's still not going to be wide enough to store any vehicles though.
Well Marshall looks like you're gonna have to buy five acres somewhere in the boonies and build a pole building. Say goodby city life. Hello country. That's the place to be!
