Wow, Tedy! Where did you find this? I've been looking for a picture of this place forever!

Remember my story in the new 'family album' thread about me being at a hamburger stand with my family and breaking off the key in the door lock?
This is where it happened!

The Hamburger Handout one one part of a place called 'Airport Village', located at the corner of Sepulveda and Centinela in Culver City, just north of the LA Airport. Had other stands there for Mexican food, ice cream and malts, and I believe a steak restaurant as well. Lots of older people from the Westside remember it well. It was torn down in the very early 60's.

Wow! Tedy found a picture of a 63 Olds F85 Deluxe wagon(with roof rack). This one looks to be trying to pass all these slower less powerful cars judging from its position in the lane.

Thats awesome KK, there was no info with the pic. I'm glad you were able to identify it, and have memories from it.
