heading to the gas station last night (again but hey who cares) a woman turns left across my lane. Both feet on the brakes!!!! CRAP im going nail her!!! Tag! she was it. Stopping 4,500lb is not easy but i tell you what she did great. I tore the ass off that Ford Fusion. Sheriff asks me which side of my wagon hit her car? My answer " i cant tell there are no scratches on my bumper" She wants to know why her insurance has to pay for her car. I love my long black bitch. Now i lover her even more. Also glad teh dog and kids were not with me. They would have learned a couple new words. be safe everyone- someone needs you somewhere!
She actually tore her own bumper cover off. All you did was provide the fulcrum point...... Some ppl's 'logic' fails me. How does she figure it's not her fault? And how could she not see you coming. Answer: She wasn't paying attention! Perhaps on some technology communicating device?
thanks all for the well wishes. Thats actually the St Patricks Day parade in my nieghborhood that is held every year. The Black Bitch took 1st place in teh wheels catagory! Happy Easter All!! marty
Glad you didn't get any damage. Just too many clueless people out there driving. Did the cop give her a ticket for partially parking in a handicap spot?
Glad you came out OK. BTW, forgive my language, but that is one fine... ummm... puppy you have there. mike
Same thing happened to my wife, some clown pulled a lefty across in front of here. Had to jam the brakes but thankfully there was no contact.
They just don't make these tough 'ol cars anymore. Reminds me of my old '64 Chevy C-30 Stake Body Truck. The previous owner welded a set of bars from the bed to the chassis rails and he or some one else evidently pulled something, broke the weld and pulled it away from it creating about a 1/4 inch gap. One day in traffic a car in front of me stopped quick, causing me to stop quick and bam, one of those newer little foriegn pick-ups hit the back of my truck. His truck was wrecked. Grille smashed, Radiator leaking, Hood buckled in half, Fender bowed out, etc, etc. My truck? He closed up the gap in my welded bumper. I left the scene with my truck actually in better shape! Bill
