what the hell beach is this on?

 

I don't know, but the car owner looks pretty bummed down there by the water, kicking stones into the surf after breaking all the windows out of that building over there.

I've seen the picture before. As I recall, this was an old photo taken in the aftermath of a hurricane on the Texas Gulf coast.
