Lic. plates wanted

Howdy folks. Haven't been on here in a while, just too lazy I guess. Anyway, here's what I'm looking for. A buddy on another site (for AMC Eagles) is collecting license plates for a neighbor (autistic/special needs boy). He's trying to get a complete U.S. set, plus ANY out of country ones he can get. Am NOT asking anybody to give up their collection or for any special plates. Just IF you have any old UNWANTED ones laying around. Any/all plates are welcome & the guy says he'll reimburse for postage if you want. Just put a note in with the plates including name & return address. Below is a list of MISSING states. If you can help, P.M. me here or I'm on Spacebook (Pat Carpenter, look for the BLUE FORD OVAL. Rough one to figure out with my user name, right?). Anyway, list follows & thanks to everybody.

AK, CT, DC, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, NC, ND, OR, RI, SC, SD, VT, WA, WI, & WY. Also ANY NON-U.S. plates would be great.

Again, not asking you to give up on your collection or any "special" plates (antique, memories, Purple Heart, etc.). Just IF anybody has any laying around they don't want. Buddy says the boy likes getting the plates & doesn't care a lot about where they're from. He also could possibly trade off some from Ohio, Pa., & W.Va. if you're interested. Thanks again folks.

I'm pretty sure I have one or two Michigan plates lying around here somewhere. Shipping is free as long as it brings a smile to his boy's face. Let me know if you are interested.

 

I'll get hubby to check in our garage...do they have to be old?

 

I have a date coded 1990 Wyoming state plate, with a sticker renewed to '93. Would that work?

 

ANY/ALL plates are welcome. New, old doesn't matter. Year dates, etc. The list is what the guy is looking for to help finish a U.S. collection for the kid. If you're a collector, he has a few he said Ohio, Pa., & W.Va. to the best of my knowledge, nothing special. Am planning to send him a set of Misery plates a buddy of mine just gave me today. He may have some other extra stuff available to trade, said he was expecting some to arrive Sat. I will send you a P.M. with his company name (owner-operator) & address. If you want him to reimburse postage, put a note in with the plates including name & return address.

 

If I send him these Nova Scotia plates will he have to start a Canadian collection too?
