There are some nice shots of a 1956 Forest Service Chevrolet Windowed Delivery in the movie "North by Northwest". A Cary Grant Movie where parts were filmed at Mount Rushmore and in the Black Hills.

Hmmm... I saw that movie (about 30 years ago), but don't remember the wagon. Netflix, here I come!

Hey, Congrats to Orthmann, who won a free copy of the book via Wagonmaster's contest-thingy-deal!!! Special thanks to Wagonmaster and CarTech for teaming up to make this happen. This was a fun deal and pretty humbling for me.

Jeeze, we've all been waiting so long as it is - I hope we don't have to wait 'till Christmas... Actually, it should only be a few days now. Hope it inspires you in some way.

Now: I haven't heard anything yet. Last word I got is that it should be on the shelves by now. Someone else told me that Amazon is now saying May 30th! They're probably just being conservative to cover their Amazonian butts though. You know how they are...

There's only one man alive who really knows for sure when the book will be on store shelves. That man is the one they call... Max Power!!! Knows all, sees all. Yes, Max is a member of this forum. He could be reading this, as I type it. Some say he's a wizard. Others claim Max Power is a spirit - a phantom, even. All I know is, Max Power knows where every automotive title on earth is located, at any given moment. I have no idea how he does this. I suspect steroids are involved. But every claim he has made has checked out. Personally, I find it pretty creepy. But he knows. Oh yes - Max Power knows........... Talk to us Max! Tell us where the books are!

Just got my copy... I can't say that I knew what to expect, but I believe that it far surpasses those vague expectations. WOW! I love it. Thanks Scotty, it will be treasured...

Now: It's just starting to appear on some store shelves. It's been available online for a few days now. There's a Malibu in there that you might find interesting...
