I'm all over the map with music. My dad played piano at the USOs during WWII with some of the visiting jazz greats, including Oscar Petersen and Red Nickels, so we always had a piano in the house. I got so good at listening, that I never learned a note. All I know is that middle C is on the LH side of the center hinge. But I am one great audience! Jazz, 60s/70s/80s R&B, some of the 50s tunes and Spanish (mainly Mexican traditional composers and artists). My mother was a Nana Mouskouri fan, and Ella Fitzgerald was one of her dressmaking clients back in the early 60s, so we had jam-sessions in mom's store to listen to, live! Mom would put on an LP or 8-track and the two of them would sing their lungs out! Swan Lake and the Nutcracker Suite are about the limit for me for European Classical music.

The search engine wouldn't connect to the latest music thread and my files were eaten up, thanks to Windows 10 habitually crashing. Windows 98 and 2000 were the best. But as usual, Bill Gates is a compulsive tinkerer. He doesen't seem to like keeping a system that functions best
