I have noticed that this topic is missing here.. I think every forum with just a little bit of selfrespect should have a music department!!

Today, for example the Detroit Cobras have been the company in the paintshop...

I picked up this 4 disc set called Hot Rods & Custom Classics a while back. Not all of it is generally my musical style but I have really wide ranging tastes. I love to throw it in while headed to a car show.
Lots of classic car music memorabilia here including several recordings of engine rev off and even Dinah Shore's "See the U.S.A."

tonight i have been listening to Paul Hardcastle, "best of the Jazzmasters"
as of late i have been listening to a lot of Ska, the Pietasters, Toasters, Mr Review, the Slackers etc.

i have a VERY diverse musical taste. it may be smooth jazz one night and Hard rock the next.

As for today... When Mike Ness and SD roams from the inner room i think i will let my own player rest.. Social distortion is NEVER wrong, no matter what day or mood we are in!
Ness is the KING.. Actually, my whole left arm is covered by tatoos inspired by the group, and the man..

That's a neat collection. might look that one up.
Had to check to see - Disc 4, track 19 - 'Six Days on the Road', by Dave Dudley - Had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Dudley for a while back in the late 70's - he was a friend of my mother-in-law.

Today it happens to be Christmas carols sung by various choirs. I'm starting early, actually started in September. I love that music.

Beyond that, if it is music, and it is being sung, I usually enjoy it.

I often have an oldies station on in the shop when I'm out there but more for company than for listening to, although a song will come up that hits a good memory and the volume goes up for it. Otherwise it is usually on low. Unless it is a bright sunny day. Then the shop door is open and I listen to Mother Nature's music = the birds in the trees out behind the shop. They do love to sing.

REV, I think you are older than me

Here's a good site for what ever kind of music you like. Go to Channels to select the kind of music you want to listen to.

I really enjoy Journey with Arnel Pineda as the lead singer now.

I have the Eagles "Long Road to Eden" album playing real loud on my computer at work. I'm the only one here! Rockin'!
